CloakMe provides traffic routing, filtering, and redirect management tools that allow users to evaluate incoming traffic and direct visitors to different destination URLs based on configurable rules. Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription limits (clicks per month, campaigns) reset on the first day of each billing month. Exceeding your plan limits may result in traffic being redirected to your White URL until the limit resets or you upgrade.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes that cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
Click data (IP address, country, device type, user-agent, timestamp, action) is collected and stored for analytics purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
The Service, its interface, and all associated software are the property of CloakMe and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your campaign configurations and destination URLs.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloakMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
